Lactation cookies to increase milk supply

When my son was born, I made a commitment to myself to try my best to breastfeed him for a least a year. In the beginning, it was really hard. We had a few latching issues, along with super sore and bleeding nipples, but I carried on through it until it became easier (we are going 3 months strong now)!

So, if you are a breastfeeding/pumping mom like me, then you know it’s all about what you eat. A natural diet is among one of the best ways to produce more milk for your baby. So whether your production is low or you just want to boost your milk supply, try my yummy super easy-to-make lactation cookies.

My homemade cookies are both, gluten free and raw. They give you the energy boost you need while helping you keep fuller longer, because we all know making a hearty meal sometimes doesn’t come easy.

Your snack game will never be the same once you try these! They are also Dad approved!
